काट्रोसेट-3 उपग्रह सोमवारी अवकाशात झेपावणार
भारतीय अवकाश संशोधन संस्था इस्रो सोमवारी दिनांक 25/11/2019 रोजी काट्रोसेट-3 उपग्रह सकाळी 9 वाजून 28 मिनीटांनी श्रीहरिकोटा येथून अवकाशात झेपावणार आहे. अशी माहिती इस्रोने दिली आहे. हा उपग्रह इस्रोच्या पीएसएलव्ही -एक्सएल या प्रक्षेपेकाद्वारे काट्रोसेट -3 उपग्रह श्रीहरिकोटा येथून सन शिंक्रोनस कक्षेत सोडणार आहे. काट्रोसेट -3 हा पिढीतील सर्वात वेगवान व प्रगत उपग्रह आहे. हवाई छायाचित्र टिपण्याचे त्याचे तंत्रज्ञान अत्यंत उच्च दर्जाचे आहे. या उपग्रहामुळे भारताच्या सीमेवरील अवकाशातून लक्ष्य ठेवणे मदत होईल. म्हणून या उपग्रहला अवकाशातील नेत्र असेही म्हटले जाते. अवकाशात 509 किलोमीटर दूर व 97.5 अंशावर केलेल्या स्थितीत स्थापन करण्यात येणार आहे.
